Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VAASTRAM 9. We take great care in delivering your apparel to you quickly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 4–5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a festive sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery tiers:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or remote locations (Tier-3 cities).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • We offer COD for most pin codes across India.
  • A nominal COD Convenience Fee of ₹99 may apply to help us manage the extra logistics cost.
  • To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package and pay the exact amount.

5. International Shipping
We currently do ship outside of India.
  • If yes: International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: VAASTRAM 9 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages
VAASTRAM 9 is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please:
  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  2. Take a photo/video of the package.
  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
