Exchange & Refund Policy
At VAASTRAM 9, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn’t right or you’ve changed your mind, we offer a straightforward process for exchanges and refunds.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange and have 3 days to request for a refund.
Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the garment.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
3. Exchanges (Size or Style)
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important!
First Exchange Free: We offer one free exchange per order (subject to pin code availability). Subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur a shipping fee of as per actuals.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, you may opt for a different style of equal value or a full refund.
Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Your new item will be dispatched once the original item passes our quality check.
4. Refunds
If you prefer a refund over an exchange, the following rules apply:
Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via Store Credit or Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely.
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
Jewelry and Accessories.
Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Flash Sales."
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: We strongly recommend filming a short unboxing video when you first open your package. This helps us fast-track your claim for damages or missing items.
